记录在哪里？
记录保存在当前设备的应用容器。开发者没有日记云端副本；系统备份与恢复由你自己的系统设置控制。
为什么没有 AI 回信？
需 iOS 26 或更新版本、支持 Apple Intelligence 的设备、地区与语言，并已开启功能且下载好系统模型。设备可能不支持，模型也可能尚未就绪或暂时忙碌。按提示检查系统设置；记录、抽纸条与样信无需模型也能使用。
来信体验与订阅怎样计算？
基础记事等功能免费；三封成功生成的 AI 体验由应用赠送，不是 Apple 的服务额度。之后可订阅月度或年度 GoodJar Plus 继续使用来信与自动回信。模型不可用时禁止购买，会员不会让不支持设备支持 AI。价格、周期及续期条件以应用加载的 StoreKit 商品和 Apple 确认页为准。当前不提供终身买断，也不承诺免费试用。
怎样删除数据？
在应用内删除个人纸条或来信；卸载应用删除该设备上的应用本地数据。请单独处理已经分享的副本和系统备份。详情见隐私政策。
Where are my records?
Records stay in the app container on your current device. The developer holds no cloud copy of your journal. Your operating-system settings control backups and restores.
Why is AI unavailable?
It requires iOS 26 or later, an Apple Intelligence-supported device, region and language, the feature enabled, and a downloaded system model. Your device may be unsupported, or the model may not be ready or may be busy. Follow the availability message and check system settings. Notes, drawing and samples work without a model.
How do introductory letters and subscriptions work?
Basic journaling is free. The app grants three successfully generated AI letters, not an Apple service allowance. Monthly or annual GoodJar Plus subscriptions provide continued letters and session auto-reply. Purchases are disabled when the model is unavailable, and membership cannot enable AI on unsupported hardware. Review the actual StoreKit price, period and renewal terms in the app and Apple confirmation sheet. There is no lifetime purchase or promised free trial.
How do I delete my data?
Delete personal notes or letters in the app, or uninstall it to remove local app data from that device. Handle shared copies and system backups separately. See the privacy policy.
